Whistleblower Channel

Today, having an effective whistleblower channel has become essential for companies and organizations, as it not only ensures compliance with current regulations—which are mandatory for certain types of entities—but also strengthens internal trust, prevents and detects inappropriate conduct, protects the company’s reputation and interests, and helps foster a culture of transparency and business ethics.

In accordance with Law 2/2023 of February 20, which governs the protection of individuals who report regulatory violations and combats corruption, this entity has established a Whistleblower Channel that provides its employees, suppliers, and any other related parties with a secure and confidential means to report potential misconduct such as:

1. Any actions or omissions that may constitute violations of European Union law.
2. Acts or omissions that may constitute a criminal offense or a serious or very serious administrative violation.

In any case, this shall be understood to include all serious or very serious criminal or administrative offenses that result in financial loss to the Treasury and the Social Security system.
