At Vallondo, we produce different varieties of cultivated mushrooms and are constantly undertaking research and development activities into new varieties.

We subscribe to the concept of locally produced food, and base the whole of our production cycle on this principle, from creating seeds and choosing the growing medium to preparing and packaging the mushrooms for fresh consumption.

Our Wild Mushroom Range


At Vallondo, we have a line of wild mushrooms providing up to 7 delicious varieties every season.

They include some of the more unusual varieties, such as "Yellow Chanterelle", "Hedgehog Mushroom" and "Black Trumpet", as well as popular varieties such as “Porcini" and "Pine Bolete”.

CASTAÑÓN is the brand we used before it was restyled. The brand applies to a different kinds of mushrooms for a very specific market.

The CASTAÑÓN brand provides particular wild mushroom species for a very specific market.

VALDELAGUSTA is the brand used for large quantities of different types of mushrooms.

MYCENA is our brand of mushroom medleys for cooking.
